This report's objective is to demonstrate comprehension of the client's situation. Use theory and secondary research to further understand the influences of the client's external business environment. To thrive in today's competitive marketplace, companies must be aware of, and adapt to, a wide range of external influences known as "global business environmental variables". Similarly, you should ask this question to determine the top three problems your customer is experiencing. Finally, this process yields a conclusion that demonstrates an understanding of the client's most pressing concerns. 3 2.0 Analysis 2.1 Evaluation of the client and description of the problem of the client As a community-based education provider, Fairfield School of Business (FSB) has campuses in central Croydon, Birmingham's Digbeth neighbourhood, and Leicester (Fairfield University, 2022). FSB focuses a special focus on offering vocational education for persons with an entrepreneurial spirit, in response to the rising need for business-oriented skills. Students at Fairfield University may take marketing classes within the frameworks of both a comprehensive liberal education and a dynamic and adaptable business programme (Fairfield University, 2022). In this course, students learn how to assess the market for goods and services, how to price them competitively, and how to get the word out to customers using both conventional and unconventional channels. Teacher burnout is at an all-time high after the last two years of dealing with the effects of the global epidemic, heightened public scrutiny, and safety concerns (Carroll et al., 2022). The Wall Street Journal estimates that between February 2020 and May 2022, at least 300,000 public school teachers and other personnel departed the profession (Dill, 2022). A recently released study in Educational Researcher, a publication of the American Education Research Association, found that teachers faced dangerously high rates of anxiety during the Covid-19 outbreak, more so than healthcare personnel (Pals, 2022). Human Resources at Fairfield University are not immune to the profession-wide safety issues, poor incomes, financing difficulties, and decreasing mental health that have been made worse by the current Covid-19 epidemic. Educators left the profession in response to job pressure, insufficient preparation for the classroom, the lure of better salaries at rival institutions, and the onset of a worldwide pandemic. Those who choose to stay in education despite its drawbacks often describe feeling burned out and disappointed by a profession they previously deemed ideal.Islamic University of Technology
