During a recent observation period, the following interarrival times were recorded (in seconds): Station A: 2, 5, 9, 7, 3, 10, 15, 4, 8 Station B: 7, 5, 8, 4, 9, 11, 6, 2, 12 During the same observation period, the following processing times for the two scanners were recorded as well (in seconds): Station A: 5, 3, 4, 8, 2, 9, 7, 10, 1, 6 Station B: 9, 4, 7, 1, 8, 8, 5, 10, 6, 3 The stadium management wants to know how many fans, on average, are waiting in Stations A and B. They decided that if, on average, the number of fans waiting in either queue is more than 5, then they would need to open another ticket scanning station. Will the management need another station?
