Question 1: (3 Marks)
Draw a process flow diagram for ordering process for dine-in customers in a restaurant.
The process is initiated when the customer wants to place order. The order taker notes down
the customers order and ask them if they want to know about the special offers of the day.
The customers may also add items from the special offers. The order taker also confirms if the
customer wants to have drinks and tell about the list of available drinks. After the order is taken
the order taker repeats the order to the customer for confirmation and makes changes if any.
The estimated time is also told to the customer.
Question 2 (3 Marks)
Use ETVX method to represent the ordering process described in Question 1.
