Lab 3 Entry Visa (Due 19 October) [5 Questions / 5 Points Total] 1. Make a Table in which you arrange a Check List of our Pre-Alignment Configuration for Brightfield Alignment. Give the Location of the Components on this Check List and explain how you adjust each of these Components to establish our Pre-Alignment Configuration. (1 Point) Pre Alignment Configuration Table 1 Location of Component Adjustment of Each Component The microscopic power cord is located on the back of the microscope Should be plugged into the electric socket while only unwrapping enough cord to plug it in. The 10x objective is located on the rotating objective lens turret between the 4x and 40x objective Adjust the 10x objective into place The fine and coarse focus knobs are located on the on either side of the microscope towards the bottom of the sides. The fine and coarse focus knobs should be turned until the stage is raised up to about 1cm away from the 10x objective. The condenser focus knob is located on the left side of the microscope This should be raised all the way up to raise the condenser. The condenser diaphragm control is a black plastic lever located right below the stage The condenser diaphragm should be moved all the way to the left. The field condenser is located on the base and right under the stage of the microscope. This should be moved all the way towards the left. 2.
