Association "as recognizing the potential value of conflict for driving change
and innovation. This means knowing when to confront, and when to avoid a
conflict and understanding the issues around which conflict revolve". It means

WHAT IS CONFLICT? Webster's New World Dictionary defines Conflict as

from an inability to reconcile impulses with realistic or moral considerations
