instructors, the company still has room to expand in Canada and the United States. Because the
company only has one full-time employee 3, AquaSwim needs to expand to new markets to take
advantage of the number of independent swim instructors available in each province and state. *4
Consistent with AquaSwim’s current strategy, market-expansion efforts will focus on delivering private
swim lessons to children and adults. AquaSwim instructors will acknowledge the difficulty of
overcoming a fear of swimming. They will also acknowledge the fact that it is more convenient for
customers to take lessons at their own homes instead of traveling to an aquatic center. In addition to
offering swim lessons for children and adults, AquaSwim will also offer infant swim classes and
lifeguard services for private swimming parties
