It started its journey with just 5 employees in Bangladesh. Food panda is currently the largest food delivery service in Bangladesh. In 2012, food panda launched its activities in Singapore. Later they conducted their activities with 15 countries. Food panda has made human work much easier to access. The quality of life of the people has improved a lot through food panda service. Sitting at home, everyone gets food service at hand in a very short time. People of all ages use food panda app because of quality or needed. It has different option and good quality. IN 2014, Ambareen reza Started the foodpanda Bangladesh business with just a handful of team members and an ambitious idea. Foodpanda is an important player in Dhaka’s food-tech space for several reasons. It is part of the world’s largest online food delivery group Delivery Hero. Over the past few years, the company has built a solid business while expanding its operation in two more major cities apart from Dhaka. It just revamped its platform and launched its foodpanda for business service in Dhaka. Online shopping, grocery and food orders, which are growing at a fast clip, have emerged as a saviour for many during the pandemic as around one lakh people received jobs in the last year to cater to the delivery juggernaut. It has adopted a value-added pricing policy wherein it provides quality food items to customers at a fair price. Foodpanda ensures a healthy and delectable eating experiences without the hassle of traveling or pre planning, it connects customers to the restaurant of their choice. Foodpanda’s customers are given incentives such as discounts and special offers. This treatment ensures customer retention and allows Foodpanda to stand out in the crowded. Food delivery and e-commerce platforms and their partner logistic aggregators hired thousands of delivery personnel as the crisis turbocharged online orders. They also have given much-needed options to millions to buy products and services from home without being exposed to the highly contagious virus.
