This week’s personality types have given me a personal makeover to understand myself and improve my behavior. for this week’s assignment, the most important personality trait that has an impact on my current job is “Agreeableness.” (Carpenter, M. et, al. 2010). The position I eventually what to be in is a people manager in my own business. For a great business like SAS, it’s important to treat people honorably and with fairness. SAS has taught me in a business the greatest asset is the human resource. The way I treat my employees impacts directly the business. In my line of work minimum supervision is required hence timely and effective problem solving is required. (Carpenter, M. et, al. 2010)
