everywhere in our surroundings including our daily life, work, study, games, politics and almost every part of life. The required thing to survive in this competition is to increase own competencies. This report is a discussion of how to manage self and others. In the earlier part of the report, we focused on individual’s personal development including the stress management, positive thinking, and assertiveness for career development plans etc. additionally in includes the career development plans, process, methods, organizational career development, supporting programs, strategies for skill development, and the influence of high performance strategies. In the second half of the report, the high performance team development is focused. The high performance strategies and their influence on the personal development needs are pointed out here. the report will be helpful for us in understanding how to make skill and knowledge development for our professional career. 4 Introduction We are human beings and we are the most intelligent animal in the world. We have knowledge and skills but we do not have all the skills at the same time. We have to decide in which areas we need to be experts. To become more skillful we need to develop new skills.
