Background Information
At 12:31 pm, a 911 call was received regarding a deceased white male at 200 W Main St, apartment #15. The
initial responding patrol officer discovered a white male in the kitchen area wearing blue jeans and a
camouflage T-shirt. The male was deceased with no pulse, no signs of rigor mortis, no lividity and the body still
felt warm to the touch. The male was identified as Robert “Robbie” Daniels by a co-worker, Eduardo Garcia,
who stated he had gone to lunch shortly after 11:30am and was the one to discover the body an hour later.
Eduardo and Robbie had been hired to remodel apartment #15 and had been working there for several days.
Eduardo’s alibi was checked out and his girlfriend confirmed they had eaten lunch at a local Mexican restaurant
before he came back to the scene; he was ruled out as a suspect
