Thesis Response: During the 1920’s, conflicts between cultures became a large problem changed society.  People of different backgrounds, races, and classes were pushed to come together to fight for a common goal. Document 3, Call for Unity Between Black and White Laborers, shows the  need for people, no matter if they’re black or white need to come together and fight against  capitalist employers for “better wages, shorter hours, and better working conditions”. The  Document also shows the need for women and children to also join in the fight. This  Document is an example of the need for people to work together and achieve something  great, which was eventually done.
