The Determination of when Life Begins, the Decision to Abort, and the Law Introduction

Abortion assistance among women has a long and varied history, spanning centuries and cultures. In Western Europe as well as the United States, women healers executed abortions and trained other females till the late 1800s, after the practice was outlawed. Pregnancy and abortion are indicators of self-determination, sexual as well as reproductive health in the United States. As a result of these calculations, investment in global health programs and policy can be encouraged. Unpredictability in data availability and dependability complicates attempts to track and measure unplanned pregnancy and abortion rates (Bearak et al., 2020). An advanced statistical model was developed by scientists to properly educate efforts to achieve global fairness in reproductive health as well as rights by estimating the number of unwanted pregnancies and abortions.

The existing barriers to abortion which make the situation complex is policy, laws, religion, moral issues, decision-making process, mental health, medical care pre-post abortion, financial responsibility, and social impact. In order to overcome the barriers to abortion, this study seeks to educate people about abortion, provide more information to explore the area of defining when the conception of life begins, and propose the institution by establishing clearly defined laws and policies concerning abortion. This study’s results will give a broad contribution to adding valuable knowledge about abortion in the U.S and in surrounding countries across the globe to serve as a guide. This study's participant research was conducted in over 158 countries, and 129 permit abortion legally (Johnson et al., 2018). This research aims to serve the U.S., mainly because abortion is in crisis and needs further study to increase knowledge and advance
