Introduction Employee’s engagement is the key for the business success and effective management styles, leadership styles, organizational structures or cultures plays a significant part to maximize employee’s engagement which assist the business to improves performances or productivity for the business. According to Dessler, (2014); the manner in which organization approach to its workforces are vital for business success, thus, effective management, leadership styles, organizational culture or structure leads to employees satisfaction, increase employees efficiency, reduce workplace conflicts, build positive workplace culture, reduce costs or fosters innovations for the company. In today’s dynamic business environment, every company must engage its workforces to sustain growth in an industry as other competitors or rival might push out the company from a particular industry if the company fail to engage it workforces. Thus, it is important for the firm to use right management, leadership styles, organizational structures or culture to engage its workforces which will enable the organization to accomplish its objectives successfully. The way organization, management or manager’s approach or leads the employees at the workplace impacts on the employee’s performances, as a result, management styles impacts on the organizational performances. Therefore, it is important for the organization to use the right management styles which can bring everyone together towards reaching common objectives for the company.
