Executive Summary
The Walt Disney Company is one of the largest organizations world wide. It ecompases
many areas of a market, primarily within entertainment from film making, entertainment parks,
merchandise sales, streaming services, and educational opportunities through their website. Their
teams work hard to develop ideas, gather a plan, and initiate the beginning of each new product
or service they bring out until it meets completion. What began as a small film company back in
the early 1900s is now one of the most technologically advanced in each aspect of its business.
With a very in depth but user friendly website, viewers are able to do anything from make park
visit accommodations, steam movies, order the newest swag, learn how to build different iconic
props, paint like Rapunzel, or create some amazing Disney inspired meals. Between their app
and their Disney Bands they are able to amaze customers over and over with new features, and it
will be exciting to see what they come up with next.

The Walt Disney Company was founded on October 16, 1923 in Los Angeles, California
by Walt Disney. Along with his brother Roy, the Disney brothers began producing “a series of
short live-action/animated films collectively called the Alice Comedies” (The Walt Disney
Archives). It was not until five years later in 1928 that Walt created Mickey Mouse, the most
