>Bruis on forehead (previous to death)
Stomach contents- Stomach contents were normal, 10mg/L of caffeine and 20mg/L asprin present
in the blood.
Brain examination: no significant trauma recorded
Heart examination: blood clot located and coronary artery caused a yocardial infarction; ventricular
septal defect.
Myocardial infarction, Manner of death was natural, Mechanism of death was blood clots
preventing oxygen to reach heart muscles, which died.
Given the evidence of the multiple heart defects, Anna suffered from the lack of brain trauma. The
noral stomach content results that the cause of death was determined to be a myocardial
infarction, otherwise known as a heart attack, which initially caused Anna to fail and die instantly.
The blood at the crime sceen was determined to be Anna's, from the wounds she suffered from
her fall.
