• Abstract This research looks at the role of certain factors on economic growth with special reference to south Asian countries. The specific objective of the study is to analyze the impact of international trade, institutional quality and inflation on the economic growth in South Asian countries by employing data from 2000-2019. The concentration of this research is mainly on the south Asian countries because of the fact that economic growth is one of major issue in this region. For attaining these objectives, this research has used panel data, real trade agreement and consumer price index (CPI) of south Asian countries and focused on secondary information that has been provided by recognized prestigious regulatory bodies such as IMF, World Bank, WITS.
