I. Introduction:
In this system design specification document, I will outline all the functional requirements. These functional requirements will provide expectations of the system architecture, by overviewing design goals and considerations, associated with the system.
II. Output Layout:
A. Monthly Invoice Report- Generated report sent by The Ordering & Shipping Department, that will provide updated status on product codes and pricing. The report will be sent to the Invoicing Department, where the report is updated and used by the Invoicing database on the 15th of each calendar month and is provided by the Marketing Department.

B. Accounts Receivable Report- Generated reports that provide customer payments (lump sum) which is due by the 10th of each calendar month and is processed through the Accounts Receivable Department.
