BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS 2 Executive summary The effectiveness of current processes and services in the municipality have been examined in recent research. The research shows that the municipality has three significant problems, the most pressing of which is related to its database and technology. It also has frequent power blackouts and outages; thus, internet connectivity is another issue that depends on its satellite connectivity and electricity supply issues. Thus, it is recommended that the Town of Babbling Brook update its networking architecture and substitute its antiquated ERP with a cloud-based alternative. As a result of modifications to the business process, the city may also want to think about change management. If the Town wants to lessen its reliance on its IT provider, it must make sure it chooses the proper one and gives enough thought to the maintenance resources it will need. The town of Babbling Brook's existing situation was used to inform the idea. Any inquiry not addressed by the most current data collection requires further investigation.
