Introduction BI tools are used to report and analyze based on the data gathered. It is a software application that helps a company make sense of the raw data it collects. Data analysis can be done by running queries against the stored data. Today, a wide range of tools provide BI functionality that includes many features. A wide range of BI tools can provide the following features: Reporting Dashboards with Formatted Reports Analyzing Ad-hoc Queries and Reporting Data extraction. Many tools can be personalized and incorporated with Tableau-like BI tools to provide improved display characteristics with spectacular functionalities in dashboards based on the business capabilities. These tools can be used by organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations. As a third-party tool, some of these instruments can be embedded into a cloud platform and used by other distributors (Kumar et al., 2021). The Data WareHouse centralizes and loads information from numerous Data Sources, while reporting tools such as Query Designer, Web App Developer, and Analysis is primarily used to create reports that exhibit the data aggregated by the Datawarehouse for Analysis. Each tool has a different design level, architectural style, and user interface. An in-memory dataset called HANA now powers SAP BI.
