Introduction
This capstone project aims to show off your capacity for reflection on your actions,
management style, and experience working on the project and online simulation while
offering insights on the group debates and decisions taken. We base every one of our
analyses and evaluations on the MBA, and we also compare the simulation's real
performance to the anticipated results. You must provide explanations for why our team
either achieved or failed to obtain the desired goals. Think about management, leadership,
and strategy-related topics. Before examining its expected growth pattern and subsequent
evolution over time, the fitness-enhancing characteristics of leadership capability are first
taken into account from a neo-Darwinian perspective. Our species' social nature and the
requirement for cooperation to achieve significant fitness-enhancing objectives provide an
answer to the first question. There are several ways to achieve social coordination, but one
of the best is having one person serve as the leader and the others as the followers. There
are many different ways to coordinate leadership, from authoritarian to democratic, and
everything in between.
Leadership is the capacity of an individual, group, or organisation to "lead," influence, or
guide other people, groups, or entire organisations. Most people start out by trying to
comprehend their own behavioural preferences. One aspect of developing leadership skills is
self-awareness. Without a thorough awareness of their own behavioural preferences as well
as some comprehension of how others' behavioural preferences affect the desire for flexible
leadership styles, no leader can be successful. People should consider leadership as a self-
