Personal Reflection Assessment
The simulation exercise was very exciting for me and it was a great learning experience for me. I have
divided my personal reflection assessment into following four parts:
a. Self-Learning and Evaluations
b. Team Management Skills
c. Leadership Skills
d. Team performance and Support
Self-Learning and Evaluations
The simulation exercise offered a great self learning opportunity to me. Working in different
leadership roles across 8 quarters helped me to evaluate my potential and my decision making
abilities. At many occasions I have failed but as I progressed, many decisions of mine worked in later
quarters.
By the end of the simulation, I feel I have evolved as a good leader and a good teammate and can
assess my potential independently. Though I like business analytics the most and best in marketing,
this exercise helped me to work on other leadership roles such as Human Resources and Finance &
Accounts.
One of the great self learning from this exercise was Time Management. I was suffering from
procrastination and I have shared with the team also. The team helped me and keep on motivating
me so that i could finish my task on time
